Cosmidle account support

Delete your account and game data

You can permanently delete your Cosmidle cloud save and developer-managed player data from inside the App. If you no longer have the App, send us a deletion request by email.

What the deletion process covers

Deletion inside the App removes the following data associated with the authenticated account:

  • Google Play Games cloud save
  • local game progress
  • pseudonymous player-account record
  • account sessions
  • Nova Gems balance
  • developer-managed entitlements
  • identifiable account-linked telemetry

An email request covers developer-managed data: the pseudonymous player-account record, sessions, Nova Gems balance, entitlements, and identifiable account-linked telemetry. Google Play Games data is controlled separately through your Google account.

Option 1: Delete data in the App Recommended

  1. Open Settings → Google Play Games.
  2. Select Delete cloud & account data.
  3. Read both confirmation screens, then select Delete My Data.

This is the fastest method because the App can authenticate the correct Google Play Games account automatically.

Option 2: Request deletion by email

You can request deletion even if Cosmidle is no longer installed. To help us locate and verify the correct pseudonymous account, include:

  1. the game name, Cosmidle;
  2. your Google Play Games gamer name; and
  3. the approximate date when you last played.

We use the gamer name and last-played date to locate candidate pseudonymous records, then reply with limited verification steps before deletion. We will never ask for your Google password.

Email deletion request

To remove the Cosmidle cloud save without the App, open your Google Play Games profile, select Your Data → Delete Play Games Account & Data, then delete the individual game data for Cosmidle. This removes the selected game's Play Games data without deleting your entire Google account.

Requests are normally completed within 30 days, subject to identity verification and applicable legal requirements.
